Cancellation, Rescheduling, No-Show, and Refund Policy

To request a cancellation or reschedule, email me at consultations@cassiafrost.com.

When you book a consultation with me, you are paying not only for the time we spend together, but also for the time I spend researching and analyzing your chart or preparing for your tutoring session before we meet. For this reason, cancellations made less than 48 hours before our scheduled appointment time will not be refunded.

However, you may request that your consultation be rescheduled up until 24 hours before our scheduled appointment time. If you request to reschedule and do not show up for our rescheduled appointment, it will be considered a cancellation of your original appointment, and you will not be refunded.

If you are more than 15 minutes late to our appointment, you will be considered a no-show, and you will not be refunded.
