Hi! My name is Cassia.
I am a professional astrologer, Tarot reader, and jewelry artist with a lifelong fascination with mythology and fairytales, the truths that live within them, and the stories we create and shape through our lives.
I have degrees in psychology and literature, the latter focused on mythology and folklore. My studies of myth and symbolism naturally fed my interest in the human psyche and led me to archetypal psychology, which has become one of many influences on how I understand and explore both astrology and Tarot.
I’m endlessly curious and always learning, playing with different branches and types of astrology as well as what I like to call astrology-adjacent subjects: fields and traditions that intersect with astrology or offer other ways to look at the same questions. My interests wander all over the place, from gemstones and genetics to math, sociology, the performing arts, and other lovely rabbit holes. I love finding myself in whatever unexpected and intriguing lands they bring me to.
My formal astrological training is in Hellenistic astrology. I study with Adam Elenbaas at Nightlight Astrology, where I have earned certifications in Hellenistic natal astrology as well as horary astrology. I’m currently taking Adam’s courses on Hellenistic timing techniques and prediction as well as advanced practice and astrological counseling, completing the Nightlight curriculum. I have also learned from so many astrologers who may never know how they have inspired me, far more than I could possibly name here but including Pallas K. Augustine, Chris Brennan, Wade Caves, Austin Coppock, Demetra George, Liz Greene, Jason Holley, Kira Ryberg, Catherine Urban, Patrick Watson, and several of the OG ancient and medieval astrologers, like Dorotheus, Vettius Valens, Firmicus Maternus, and Abu Ma’shar. My greatest teachers in this art, however, remain life itself and the wandering stars.
